Returns + Exchanges
Colleen Poitras. Pretty. Rocker. Chic. Accessories. will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email within 10 days from the date of purchase. All sale items are considered final sale. All custom orders are considered final sale.
Please note, we do not accept returns on any international orders.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and duties. Colleen Poitras. Pretty. Rocker. Chic. Accessories. is not responsible for any returns shipped back to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
Colleen Poitras. Pretty. Rocker. Chic. Accessories. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
ISSUING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please e-mail us within 10 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.
Once approved by a Colleen Poitras. Pretty. Rocker. Chic. Accessories. representative, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions.
Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition and all packaging before sending it back. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of your RA# being received. Please include your completed returns form and order receipt in the box.
Please note: All returns are to be paid by the customer.
Your return will be deemed un-eligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:
1. Your package is received at Colleen Poitras. Pretty. Rocker. Chic. Accessories., past the 10 day window since receiving your RA#.
2. Your item(s) are defective, worn or damaged.
If a return is deemed unacceptable it can be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
DEFECTIVE
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective with an image of the item. Colleen Poitras. Pretty. Rocker. Chic. Accessories. will assess the item to determine whether it is a manufactures defect, or natural wear and tear of the product.
